Key Responsibilities

Service Product Development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and develop Client Service offerings, leveraging your industry expertise to ensure services remain competitive and aligned with market trends.

  • Identify opportunities for new service offerings or enhancements to existing offerings, contributing to the expansion of our service portfolio.

Customer Acquisition
  • Originate and nurture relationships with potential clients, demonstrating the value of our services and HRTech products.

  • Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients by leveraging your network and utilizing a variety of outreach strategies.

  • Conduct presentations and consultations to understand client needs, tailoring solutions that align with their business goals.

Project Management
  • Lead and oversee the successful delivery of recruitment consulting projects, ensuring that projects are executed within scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and optimal client satisfaction.

  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on recruitment strategies, process optimization, and best practices.

Customer Success
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Monitor the performance and impact of implemented solutions, addressing any challenges or concerns promptly.

  • Provide ongoing support to clients by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending relevant HRTech products.

Multilingual Proficiency
  • Utilize your native-level proficiency in Japanese to effectively communicate with Japanese clients and prospects.

  • Communicate proficiently in business-level English for interactions with global clients and internal stakeholders.


MUST

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4-7 years of experience in HR consulting, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, or a related role.

  • Strong understanding of the HR and recruitment industry, with a track record of successfully delivering recruitment consulting projects.

  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.
