Growth Marketing

  • Execute lead nurturing campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel.


Content Marketing
  • Lead content creation efforts in liaison with product, sales, consulting team, ensuring high-quality and engaging materials.

  • Oversee social media strategy, managing platforms for optimal brand visibility and positioning.

  • Craft compelling copy for marketing collateral, website, and other communication channels.

  • Contribute to ideation and planning of PR related activities.


Product Marketing
  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of product/feature releases in close coordination with Product and Sales teams.


Strategy and Planning
  • Proactively pull in senior leadership team members to define and develop a holistic marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product development progress and sales goals.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in a startup environment selling B2B solutions in Japan as well as other regions.

  • Strong understanding of growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing.

  • Understanding of storytelling in a B2B context and copywriting skills.

  • Proficiency in English and Japanese is a significant advantage.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
