Exciting New Additions to Our Team: Two New Members Join ZooKeep’s Client Services Team to Accelerate Support of Clients in Japan

We are thrilled to announce that Hiroaki Matsuda and Ryoko Ibaraki have joined ZooKeep as new Client Services Leads! With deep experiences in in-house HR leadership roles in high-growth companies and expertise in talent acquisition in Japan, they will play a pivotal role in enhancing ZooKeep's service delivery capabilities.

Meet Hiroaki Matsuda

Hiroaki Matsuda comes to us with a rich HR background, having started his career in the publishing industry before strategically transitioning into the tech space. He gained valuable experience at HRTech startup Kaonavi and later at SalesTech company BellFace, which rapidly expanded its workforce, adding over 150 new hires each year. During his time at BellFace, he eventually took on the role of HR Business Partner, helping executive leadership navigate dynamic organizational changes in line with changes in the underlying business.

As Client Services Lead at ZooKeep, Matsuda will support our clients in navigating various talent transformation needs, spanning HR transformation, implementing HR business partner capabilities, and strategic talent acquisition. Given ZooKeep's deep bench of Japan-market talent experts and its global client footprint, Matsuda is eager to deliver globally competitive solutions that contribute to our clients' organizational competitiveness.

Introducing Ryoko Ibaraki

Ryoko Ibaraki brings a wealth of experience from her long tenure in the tech industry, which started as an independent systems integrator. She advanced quickly, becoming the youngest leader in her division after just five years, then, she took a career opportunity to join Recruit Co., Ltd. in 2016, where she honed her consulting skills, working with enterprise clients and high-growth startups in the IT and digital sectors. During her time at Recruit, in addition to executing various client projects, Ibaraki played a key role within her team to onboard, mentor, and develop new recruiters, a skill set we see needed across many organizations in Japan.

In her role as a Client Services Lead, Ibaraki will be focusing primarily on delivering a variety of talent acquisition solutions to clients in Japan, which may include the implementation of software to modernize their operations, hiring process redesign, and even augmented execution of strategic hiring projects to ensure clients secure the talent they need to succeed. Ibaraki is looking forward to the challenge of navigating the fast-paced and ever-evolving market landscape, maintaining flexibility and a forward-thinking mindset in all her endeavors.

When they’re not working, Matsuda finds joy in contributing to the world of sports, and Ibaraki enjoys playing futsal and golf. We are excited to have Matsuda and Ibaraki on board as we continue our mission to provide exceptional client services and innovative solutions. Their unique insights and deep market expertise will undoubtedly make a significant impact at ZooKeep and help us to deliver more value for our customers.
